THE EFFECT OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR BEEF CATTLE FARMERS ON SUSTAINABLE LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT


 Human Resources (HR) in the beef cattle sector is one of important factors needed and has a role sus- tainability success livestock farming business. The purpose this study was to analyze influence human resources on sustainable business development. research variables consist (X) 5 (five) dimensions development, namely ecological dimension (Y1), economical (Y2), social cultural (Y3), institutional (Y4), technological (Y5). conducted Purnama Village, Tegalampel Sub-Districts, Bondowoso District. using by observation method, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), surveys interviews with respondents. Analysis data used simple linear regression method SPSS 26.0. results showed that positively significantly influenced farmers HR 0.202, sig- nificantly 0.194, 0.198, technologal 0.174. conclusion have an effect especially dimensions, dimensions.
